Calculate and display the number of neighbors of a node along time

Input file(s)

inDGS

The input DGS file

1 or more (mandatory)

Options

node

The node of which to estimate the contacts

time

the time format for the x axis data composed of MM (month), dd (day), hh (hour), mm (minutes), ss (seconds). Default: hh:mm

0 or 1 (optional)

Output file(s)

outData

The output data file containing the timeline values.

outFig

The output SVG file representing the number of contacts along time.

plot

the plot file used to compute the data file
